The ToneThis SDKs are currently being used by several partners to enable their ringtone or wallpaper service.

What platforms is it available on?
The SDK is available as both a Windows DLL and as a web service depending on the type of integration required.
What does the API look like?
Our SDK communicates with our server - depending on your requirements, we can white-label the server (ie ringtones.cakewalk.com). The API itself, has abstracted all functionality into a single call:
uploadRingtone(UploadRingtoneListener* uploadListener, char* clipFilePath, int carrierID, int phoneID, char* phoneNumber)
uploadWallpaper(UploadWallpaperListener* uploadListener, char* clipFilePath, int carrierID, int phoneID, char* phoneNumber)
Most of the parameters above are pretty obvious, the listener is used for tracking the status of the transaction.
As part of the SDK, ToneThis also provides an updated XML containing device, carrier and country information and IDs.
